In this Privacy Policy, ‘us’, ‘we’, or ‘our’ means Reggie Health Pty Ltd (ACN 668 681 865). We are committed to respecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use, store and disclose your personal information.
By providing personal information to us, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and any other arrangements that apply between us. We may change our Privacy Policy from time to time by publishing changes to it on our website. We encourage you to check our website periodically to ensure that you are aware of our current Privacy Policy.
Personal information includes information or an opinion about an individual that is reasonably identifiable. For example, this may include your name, age, gender, postcode and contact details.
Scope
This Website Privacy Policy applies only to your access to and use of our public websites. It does not apply to your use of our conversation voice AI services or any other product features that involve account sign-in, real-time audio interactions, or in-app experiences (together, “Services”). If you use those Services, please refer to the separate privacy policy or terms presented within the relevant app or product experience.
Anonymity and Pseudonymity
Where practicable, you will have the option of not identifying yourself, or of using a pseudonym, when dealing with us. However, in many cases, it will not be practicable to deal with you anonymously or pseudonymously on an ongoing basis.
What personal information do we collect?
We only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for one or more of our functions or activities.
We may collect the following types of personal information:

- telephone number;
- your device ID, device type, geo-location information, computer and connection information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the sites, ad data, IP address and standard web log information;

We do not collect sensitive information, unless it is provided by you. Sensitive information includes information or an opinion about an individual’s racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious beliefs or affiliations, philosophical beliefs, membership of a professional or trade association, membership of a trade union, sexual orientation or practices, criminal record, health information, genetic information, biometric information that is to be used for the purpose of automated biometric verification or biometric identification, or biometric templates.
How do we collect personal information?

Why do we collect, use and disclose personal information?
We may collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information for the following purposes:
- to enable you to access and use our websites;
- to operate, protect, improve and optimise our websites, business and our users’ experience, such as to perform analytics, conduct research and for advertising and marketing;
- to send you service, support and administrative messages, reminders, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and information requested by you;
- to send you marketing and promotional messages and other information that may be of interest to you;
- to administer surveys, or other promotional activities or events managed by us or our business partners;

Do we use your personal information for direct marketing?

To whom do we disclose your personal information?
We may disclose personal information for the purposes described in this privacy policy to:
- our employees and related bodies corporate;
- third party suppliers and service providers (including providers for the operation of our websites and/or our business or in connection with providing our products and services to you);
- professional advisers, dealers and agents;
- payment systems operators (e.g., merchants receiving card payments);
- our existing or potential agents, business partners or partners;
- anyone to whom our assets or businesses (or any part of them) are transferred;
- specific third parties authorised by you to receive information held by us; and/or

Disclosure of personal information outside Australia
We may disclose personal information outside of Australia to cloud providers located in the United States of America.
When we disclose personal information to an overseas recipient, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that the overseas recipient does not breach the Australian Privacy Principles in relation to the information.
Government-related identifiers
We do not adopt, use or disclose government-related identifiers (such as a Medicare card number or driver’s licence number) as our own identifier for individuals.
Using our websites and cookies
We may collect personal information about you when you use and access our websites.
While we do not use browsing information to identify you personally, we may record certain information about your use of our websites, such as which pages you visit, the time and date of your visit and the IP address assigned to your computer.
We may also use ‘cookies’ or other similar tracking technologies on our websites that help us track your website usage and remember your preferences. Cookies are small files that store information on your computer, TV, mobile phone or other device. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference and loss, as well as unauthorised access, modification or disclosure and we use a number of physical, administrative, personnel and technical measures to protect your personal information. For example, we ensure that the cloud service provider authenticates access to any personal data collected, and will only allow access to our staff, or applications that we control.
When we no longer need your personal information for any purpose for which it may be used or disclosed, we will take reasonable steps to destroy the information or to ensure that it is de-identified.
However, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.

Our websites may contain links to websites operated by third parties. Those links are provided for convenience and may not remain current or be maintained. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of, or any content on, those linked websites, and have no control over or rights in those linked websites. Accessing or correcting your personal information
You can access the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the information below. Sometimes, we may not be able to provide you with access to all of your personal information and, where this is the case, we will tell you why. We may also need to verify your identity when you request your personal information. We will respond to your request for access within a reasonable period. We will not charge you for making a request, but we may charge you for giving access to the personal information.
If you think that any personal information we hold about you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to ensure that it is corrected. We will respond to your request to correct your personal information within a reasonable period. We will not charge you for making the request or for correcting the information.
If we refuse to correct the personal information, we will give you a written notice that sets out the reasons for the refusal (unless it would be unreasonable to do so) and the mechanisms available to you to complain about the refusal. You may also ask us to associate a statement with the information that the information is inaccurate, out-of-date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, and we will take reasonable steps to do so.

If you think we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, or you wish to make a complaint about the way we have handled your personal information, you can contact us using the information below. Please include your name, email address and/or telephone number and clearly describe your complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond to you regarding your complaint within a reasonable period of time. If you think that we have failed to resolve the complaint satisfactorily, we will provide you with information about the further steps you can take, including how to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
